You’re Tired of Hoping “Tomorrow Will Be Different”
Addiction doesn’t just affect one person. It impacts everyone who loves the person struggling with addiction.
You might be fighting to keep a promise to yourself that tomorrow will be different. Or maybe you’re watching someone you love break that promise again and again. Either way, you’re tired. Tired of feeling stuck, of pretending things are fine, of feeling like hope keeps slipping away.
You’ve probably said or heard things like:
“I’ll stop after this weekend.”
“They said they’d quit — I don’t know what else to do.”
“I just want things to go back to normal.”
“I can’t keep living like this.”
You are not crazy for feeling this way and you are not alone.
Addiction can leave you trapped between who you want to be (or who your loved one used to be) and a cycle that keeps pulling everything apart. It leaves behind resentment, guilt, and the feeling that something is wrong with you or your loved one.
Healing doesn’t start with perfection. It starts with moving toward help, so you don’t have to navigate this alone.
You can take one small step toward freedom by moving toward support today.
Here, you’ll find:
Compassion, not criticism.
A place for progress, not perfection.
A whole-person approach that helps you heal the root, not just the behavior.
Support that honors your pace.
A space to be honest without judgement.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you beneath the surface and find new ways to feel grounded, connected, and at peace.
Hi, I’m Paige.
EMDR & Addiction Counselor
I get it. I’ve sat with people who have tried everything. Hiding it, controlling it, managing it, and still end up back in the same place. I’ve also sat with the partners, parents, and friends who love people struggling with addiction and feel like they’re losing themselves in the process.
The truth is, addiction isn’t just about a substance or a behavior. Addiction reveals pain, disconnection, and the ways someone has learned to survive. Whether you’re struggling with addiction or loving someone who is, you’re likely carrying more than anyone sees.
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
My approach is not about controlling your behavior or telling you what to do. Instead, my goal is to empower you. Our work is to help you discover what you want your life and relationships to look like and then help you get there. I’m passionate about helping you process and heal the underlying pain beneath your circumstances.
I’ll meet you where you are and help you find your way back to steady ground. We do that by taking one step, one honest conversation at a time. My clients often leave our time together feeling more clear, capable, and grounded.
